Our eyes move in many different directions. However, conventional progressive lenses are not designed for this. This makes it difficult for the eyes to focus quickly.
Innovative progressive lens design for maximum clarity.
In contrast to other progressive lenses, STEINER-Vision DSI+ lenses are processed on both sides during production, i.e. on the front and back surface, in order to technically realize this complex lens design - an absolute innovation. This eliminates aberrations on the front surface by compensating surfaces on the back surface.
Reduction of edge distortion
This unique double-sided manufacturing technique eliminates imaging errors and reduces edge distortion, which minimizes "rocking" when climbing stairs or moving quickly.
