The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The pseudonymized usage profiles will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the express consent of the data subject.

11. Facebook and its functions
We use plug-ins (so-called "social plug-ins") from facebook.com on our website, which is operated by Facebook.Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA and which can be recognized by the white "f" on a blue tile as a background or the "thumbs up" sign.
When you use our website, which contains such a plugin, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects through the plugin.
“Link to Facebook with the relevant information”
Through the integrated plug-in, Facebook receives information about which page you are currently visiting during your visit to our website (URL).
If you have a Facebook account and are logged in, Facebook can assign your visit to steiner-vision.co.uk to your Facebook account. Likewise, when you interact with the plugins, e.g. by leaving a comment or pressing the "Like" button, the corresponding information is sent directly from your browser to Facebook and saved. Logging out of Facebook prevents the data from being assigned to your Facebook profile.
Further processing and use, as well as the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook and your rights and setting options to better protect your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy.
12. Use of the Google Plus "+1" button

When you visit a web page on our website that contains such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers. The content of the "+1" button is sent directly to your browser by Google and integrated into the website by it. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Google collects with the button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking on the button. Such data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for logged-in members.
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please see Google’s privacy policy for the “+1″ button: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html and the FAQ: http://support.google.com/plus/bin/answer.py?hl=de&answer=1319578&rd=1
